YouTube video not playing

We have had a user that experienced this issue in MacOS.

It was resolved by updating to the latest version (it was Big Sur 11.4 and upgraded to 11.7.10).

Generally, it’s highly recommended -and safe!- to update to the latest version of your OS.
You don’t necessarily need to jump immediately to the latest major version (e.g., Mac OS Sonoma or Windows 11).
But please try first to update to the latest release within your major version.
